We organize and present seminars for contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, business owners and real estate agents.
Before we present any seminar, we research the subject and then prepare and assemble a course book tailored to the topic(s) of each seminar. We draw upon our collective knowledge and experiences (both in and out of the courtrooms) and we research all recent developments in the specific body of law relating to each seminar topic. Then, we teach the seminar participants what we know and what each of them needs to know in the course of their respective businesses.
It's a win-win situation for those attending the seminars as well as our own attorneys. It's one thing to talk. It's quite another to write it all down into accurate, logical, complete and understandable English. Preparing the materials gives the lawyer-turned-author a broader and more organized perspective on the subject, sharpens his or her legal analysis and requires he or she stay current with the evolving laws governing the subject.
The seminars are informal and very conducive to discussion and learning. We give 100% of our best efforts to make these seminars enjoyable and successful for each person who has signed up, paid money and committed his or her valuable time to our care and trust. The seminars are done in manageably sized groups of less than fifteen persons. You will not be disappointed. Au contraire. You will be very happy that you came. Guaranteed!
Throughout 2008, Linville Law Firm PLLC will participate in business seminars on a variety of subjects, some of which are as follows. We put our hearts into preparing and presenting these seminars.
